Your First Visit

It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments with Smile Reflections. Simply call 520-747-3595 and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you. If you schedule an appointment and something comes up, please call and cancel 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patient requests.

Walk into our lobby where you will be greeted by our friendly staff. We will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, request for your insurance information and contact information. We will also provide you with information to familiarize you with our office and how we handle things like patient privacy.

Your initial dental exam takes about an hour. Our experienced staff will ask about your oral hygiene routine and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating our patients, so our hygienist will clean your teeth, then Dr. Hamidi completes your examination and recommends any dental treatment you may need.

We work hard to keep our patients comfortable, and that means minimizing pain wherever possible. Before any procedure, Dr. Hamidi meets with you to discuss your pain tolerance and build a pain-management plan, so we can treat your dental health in a way that gets you back to your life faster.

We accept a variety of insurance providers—call our office at 520-747-3595 to see if we work with yours. If your dental insurance won’t cover all of your treatment, we’ll work with you to find a payment solution. We’re health care professionals first, and we’ll make sure you get the care you deserve.
